Happy Holidays

Dear all,

It's another LONG weekend. Take this time to enjoy and recharge your energy for the weeks ahead. Term 3 is ending soon! A few pointers to note:

- Lets' be proud of our 'CLEANEST CLASS OF THE MONTH' Award for July. Keep up the good work and continue to keep the class clean. I will draft up a new duty roster for term 4 now that we have changed our groupings.

- Group winners so far: Xianlun, Alicia, Kong Cheng, Jolene and Xu Wen (July) Xu Wen, Min Ting, Varick (August). Continue to give your best in class and work as a group! Rule #1 We are a FAMILY!

- We have about come to the end of the topic of 'Angles'. Here are some good websites for you to browse through and recap and revise.

For angles, both lines that intersect and meet must be STRAIGHT LINES. For right angle triangles, we use a small square to indicate the angle. Right angles are 90 degrees!

- Swimming resumes next Wed. Please bring your swimming attire.

- There is supplementary lesson next wed too!

Here is wishing everyone a good weekend. Enjoy your long holidays until we meet again.

Sincerely,
Mr Nelson Ong

LONG Weekend!

Dear all,

CA2 is around the corner. have you started with your revision? We have concluded on the topic of time. Some key points to take note of:

- 1 h = 60 min and NOT 100 min.

- When we want to find out a given time (starting time or ending time), we use a TIME LINE to represent our working and show the answer.

- Duration of time is the amount of time from one given time to another.

Homework for the week: MATHS REVISION PAPERS SET A and B. You can hand up to me on Monday if you have finished.

Please also hand up your maths WB 3B Part 1 to me with your corrections being done. I will mark and return to you on Thursday.

Have a good weekend and see you all on Monday for our National Day celebrations and Lower Primary Games Day.

Sincerely,
Mr Nelson Ong
